Surveillance Culture
This is a photo of my roommate asleep on the couch. He's fully aware that I took it and we both found the position he fell asleep in funny. I myself have seen and been in a variety of sleep-related photos. And I find it interesting that in this day of constant surveillance, how we have taken it upon ourselves to spy on each other. Myself included for a school project.
Technology as an Extension
I happened to catch another roommate of mine working on math homework. Instead of googling answers, he was able to make the choice to view similarly done problems in order to compare them to his. I find it wonderful that there's a sense of morality when it comes to using technology as a tool.

Space and Media
I captured this in the Radio 1160 studio. The walls are lined with CDs. With no real organization and a majority of sounds being streamed digitally, it almost serves as more than an art piece than anything. I wish I could have captured the true abundance of CDs but I found it enjoyable for this radio station to literally surround itself with music.
